The chapter is run by volunteers for its members and the computer graphics community. We operate entirely on contributions from members. Please consider Joining or Donating.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

The chapter incurs expenses to make events available. We can accept registrant requests for cancellations or refunds provided that the following conditions are met:

  1. The request arrives at least 48 hours prior to the start of the event.
  2. The request is emailed to the address listed for the event.
  3. The request includes date, time, and email address you used for payment

$1.00 is non-refundable to help cover the Chapter's cost for the event. In no cases will the amount of the refund be for less than $1.00.
