Rob Blau started working on animation pipelines at Dreamworks Animation during Sinbad, eventually co-managing the global pipeline team. Five years later, he left to travel the world and landed at Laika, where he helped build the studio’s pipeline. From Laika he joined Shotgun Software to help put together Shotgun's Pipeline Toolkit. Rob is currently Vice President of Engineering at Rhumbix, applying the lessons learned building studio pipelines to the world of construction technology.
