Viktor Makoviychuk is a Senior Software and Research Engineer at NVIDIA. Based in Santa Clara his work is on the intersection of simulation, robotics, and reinforcement learning. He is one of the core developers of Isaac Gym as well as the first author of several research papers on applications of GPU simulation and distributed reinforcement learning to robotics and physics-based animation. He's been at NVIDIA for almost 10 years and started in the Moscow office working first on real-time physics for gamedev/VFX applications.
